Life Design Intensives
Life Design Part 1: Who Am I?
Too often we jump to answering the question, “What should I do?” before honestly asking, “Who am I?” When our unique design does not drive our day-to-day decisions, and/or define our future goals, we quickly step out of alignment. We find ourselves stuck, confused, and unhappy but can’t figure out why. In this one day (6-8 hour) intensive experience, the client is guided to listen to their life, explore their unique design, and specifically name and define the components of who they are. The insights gathered become like a life compass, offering concrete guideposts for current and future decisions.

Life Design Part 2: What is mine to do?
Utilizing the insights gathered from Part 1, this day long (6-8 hour) intensive experience guides the client to now answer the question “What is mine to do?” based on who they actually are. The client is offered space to dream and plan, leaving the time with clear and actionable next steps to live in fuller alignment with their unique life design.
This intensive experience is only available for those who have completed Life Design Part 1. The two days can be packaged together, or scheduled separately. Once Part 1 is completed, some clients choose to schedule Part 2 as an annual check-in.

““The intensive experience revealed and confirmed truths about myself I had never been courageous enough to own and live out. It framed my limitations not as weaknesses, but as guide posts in decision making and relational pursuits. The process led me to a place of radical self love and acceptance while aligning my values and passions in a way I had never been able to piece together. I learned to embrace taking up space in my own life which had previously seemed like a radical concept in the context of being a mom and wife.” -Jessie
“This experience was such a pivotal step for me because it gave me space and a framework to look over the scope of my life so far and build a narrative of who I am and who I want to be. Finding that time in my life was almost impossible without Chad and this time together. One of the most beneficial components of was getting help defining my core values and seeing how they overlay the various areas of my life. I was surprised at the things I was doing every day that were opposed to what I truly value.” -Kimbal
”The process provided a special and rare opportunity to reflect on past experiences, personal qualities, and core values. It was wonderful to take pause and assess where I’ve been, where I am, and where I want to be. Bekah was a phenomenal facilitator, asking thoughtful questions and sharing valuable insights along the way. In just two days I gained fresh perspectives on my life experiences and new ways to approach decision-making and life planning in the future.” -Liz
“Having Chad facilitate this process for me was an incredibly clarifying and encouraging two days. In so many ways- the past, present and future began to fit together in a beautiful way. It continues to serve as both gift and guide as I navigate the days and years ahead.” -Jared
“This experience allowed me to observe my life from 10,000 foot view, giving me a deep sense of gratitude and connectedness for the themes that can’t help but keep bubbling up in my life’s story. Bekah was a gifted guide to gently bring the “deep knowing” of my life into focus. So much more than a prescriptive plan for my future, the experience gave me a fresh way of holding my identity that can be freely applied to almost any future personal or professional scenario. Instead of forging a narrow path for me, it gave me the tools to find my authentic “YES” in almost any context. The process empowered me to do the ongoing work of editing and curating my own life while remaining mindful of my unique identity.” -Bryn
“Spending time with Chad and away from the office for this time was extremely beneficial. It provided a safe place for me to process and to put words to the following questions: Why I exist, Where am I headed, and what I must do to get there. It also encouraged me to be more intentional with my passions and how I can best incorporate those into an already busy life. I highly recommend this to anyone who is serious about becoming a better husband, father, friend, and business leader.” -Parker”
